PISAREK Care is a Certified Doula Service that offers a range of options to help make Death a comfortable, meaningful, and peaceful experience. We will walk with you on this Journey with a personal and individualized plan.
“What is a Doula and why should I use one?”
A Doula acts as a professional guide and coach for major transitions we may face in life. A Doula is trained to help hold space by creating a safe, non judgmental and nurturing environment to help process overwhelming emotions during difficult times. A Doula can act as a professional sound board to help you navigate decisions. Doula Services are in high demand as we explore the rapidly growing Death Positive Movement.
“Do I have to be terminally ill to hire a Death Doula?”
No! You or a loved one do not have to be terminally ill or dying to hire a doula. Whatever your reason for exploring your own mortality may be, a doula can help create a safe and nurturing environment where we normalize the conversation about death and can help with advanced directives. We also offer “Living Wake” options where you can experience a celebration of life NOW with your loved ones while you are still healthy.
